Exercise Psychology Laboratory
What is the Exercise Psychology Laboratory?
The Exercise Psychology Laboratory is a research laboratory (director: Dr. Paul Loprinzi) at the University of Mississippi within the School of Applied Sciences, under the Department of Health, Exercise Science and Recreation Management.
Our laboratory examines psychosocial determinants of physical activity and the effects that free-living physical activity and acute exercise have on psychological function (e.g., anxiety and depression), cognitive function, and emotional regulation.
