Exercise, Nutrition, and Performance Lab

Overview

The Exercise, Nutrition, and Performance Lab (ENPL) at Ole Miss is directed towards investigations examining a wide range of subjects within exercise physiology from mechanistic to applied concepts including exercise energy metabolism, nutritional supplementation, applied technology, HrV, sport performance, resistance training, cardiovascular training, and perceptual scales.

The lab also examines the new realm of Esports including the physiological response, demands, exercise interventions, and overall health of the Esport competitor.
